1. Why GrowLight Heaven?

    GrowLight Heaven was launched with the goal of bringing top quality LED Grow Lights and Grow Tents to all growers at the absolute best prices. You will receive the best price with top notch customer service and free shipping on ALL orders. Whether you are a commercial customer or a private grower you can find the right product at the best price on our website.

    2. Is the shipping secure and discreet?

      Absolutely. All orders ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, or a reputable freight company and the shipment is always insured, so you do not have to worry about a lost or damaged package. You also don't need to worry about prying eyes: all orders ship discreetly.

      3. How will I know that my order went through?

          Great question. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

          4. When will my order ship?

            Your order will get to you ASAP. If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@growlightheaven.com.

            5. When will my order arrive?

            Most orders will be at your door within 7 business days of placing your order, but this can take longer in some instances. We will keep you updated as processing and shipping progresses, but feel free to email us at orders@growlightheaven.com if you have any questions about the status of your order.

            We generally process your order within 24 hours of receiving it and it usually ships out within a day or two after that. This can take up to a week, though, with certain brands.

              6. What if my product comes damaged?

                Do not worry- this process is super easy. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@growlightheaven.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

                7. What if I want to return my item and cancel the order?

                  All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

                  8. What payment methods do you accept?

                    We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bitcoin (via Coinbase).

                    9. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

                    Unfortunately, there are a lot of scammers out there, making it impossible for us to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a business or residential address when placing your order.

                    10. What if I find the item I purchased for cheaper somewhere else?

                      At GrowLight Heaven we have a Price Match Guarantee policy in place. We want to make sure that our customers get the absolute best price. To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

                      Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

                      • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
                      • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
                      • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
                      • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
                      • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
                      • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
                      • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
