Order Shipment:
Usually, orders ship within 48 hours if your order is stock. Sometimes we will drop ship the order from the manufacturer in order to save time, and it can take up to five business days for the order to ship if the warehouse is backed up.
Once the tracking is generated, we send you a detailed email with the tracking information. If you have any questions at all, please reach out to us at support@growlightheaven.com- we respond quickly!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must include all the components that came with it (hangers, cords, etc.). Additional non-returnable items are gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not ship anything back unless our customer service rep advises you to do this. If you do, we are NOT responsibly for accepting the return UNLESS it complies with our return policy.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), then PLEASE refuse delivery if you are present at the time of delivery. If you were not present and the product was damaged, please head to the Easy Returns Center to begin the easy process. In the returns center, follow the instructions and upload up to six pictures of the damage. Usually, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and have a new product mailed out.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN SOME CASES WE WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER WHICH CAN TAKE TIME, SO PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY IF THE PALLET LOOKS DAMAGED.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you made a mistake with your order, you can try to reach out to support@growlightheaven.com or call in/text in to notify us. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to catch a mistake before it leaves the warehouse. If your order did not ship yet, then cancellation is free of charge. If your order shipped, this is treated like a regular RMA, and the normal return rules apply. (See Returns and Refunds page).
