|A:||Yes, the part number you are looking for is 736511. You can purchase this item through your local or online retailer.|
|Q:||I just bought and mounted this fan yesterday. Everything worked perfectly. Today I can’t seem to stop the oscillating motion. Any suggestions?|
|A:||You will need to give it a nice firm pull. The first few times, it will take a little more pull, until it clicks into gear.|
|Q:||Do you have a sound level measurement for this fan?|
|A:||Unfortunately we do not do any sound testing on our Hurricane fans.|
|Q:||Tilting will not hold. What’s up? Just clicks and goes back up.|
|A:||If the fan is not mounted on the wall, it will spring back up because the weight of the fan is not in use. Once the fan is mounted on the wall, it supplies enough weight to keep the fan in the set tilt angle.|
|Q:||Can I use a speed controller with this fan?|
|A:||No, this fan comes with a 3-speed controller built in. Adding an external speed controller will void the warranty and cause the fan to fail prematurely.|
|Q:||I need a part number for the fan blade.|
|A:||The fan blade is not sold separately.|
|Q:||How do I remove the blade cap, pulling on it does not seem to work.|
|A:||The blade cap has a reverse thread to prevent the blade from coming off while it is on. You will need to twist clockwise to loosen the cap.|

|A:||No, this fan is not rated for outdoor use.|

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), then PLEASE refuse delivery if you are present at the time of delivery. If you were not present and the product was damaged, please head to the Easy Returns Center to begin the easy process. In the returns center, follow the instructions and upload up to six pictures of the damage. Usually, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and have a new product mailed out.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN SOME CASES WE WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER WHICH CAN TAKE TIME, SO PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY IF THE PALLET LOOKS DAMAGED.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you made a mistake with your order, you can try to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or call in/text in to notify us. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to catch a mistake before it leaves the warehouse. If your order did not ship yet, then cancellation is free of charge.
