Airflow Control: For trimming, separate the fresh flowers from the branches, put them into the upper container of the trimmer and let the Trimpro Automatik do the rest. The variable speed motor allows you to dial in the perfect speed you'd like to trim at and with the height adjustable blades you can set a desired trim level. The flowers will be circulated over the grate and blades automatically by the whirlwind effect of the blade fan, dispening the trimmed flowers into the chute. The leaf trimmings are dispensed separately into a mesh bag for easy disposal or processing.
Easy to Use: With a clear plexiglass lid and adjustable the Trimpro Automatik is easy and safe to use. Making quick work of lots of product, the Automatik quickly processes flowers and buds placed into the staging box and released into the main processing chamber. View the processing as the flowers circulate over the grate and open the chute to allow the trimmed flowers to exit the unit and into a separate container.
Easy to Maintain: The Trimpro Automatik is equipped with a leaf recovery system and can be quickly disassembled for easy transportation. The blade assembly can be easily removed for sharpening to ensure you always get the cleanest cut. Cleaning the non-stick grate is a breeze. Just spray the grate and blade with isopropyl alcohal between uses to ensure a clean and sharp cut.

How Do I clean My Trimpro Machine?
Use a plastic scraper to collect the pollen build-up. Do not use a metal scraper as it might scratch the coating on the grate and the blade. Use a cloth with rubbing alcohol to finish cleaning it.
How Do I Clean My Trimpro Bag?
Soak the bag in warm water, rub off the build up. You can also soak it in rubbing alcohol for a short amount of time, rub off the residue and simply pass it through some running water to finish cleaning it.
How Do I Adjust The Height Of My Trimpro Blade?
Blade height adjustment instructions can be found for each machine on their respective instruction sheet.
How Often Should I Sharpen My Trimpro Blade?
Trimpro blades are made of tempered steel which makes them very tough and gives them a great lifespan. It is important for the quality of your manicure to keep them sharp. It is manufacturer recommend to have them sharpened every 6 months to every year (highly depending on usage).
How Do I Sharpen My Trimpro Blade?
Sharpening the blade on Trimpro trimmers is a simple process. The most important part of the process is that you should not remove the blade from the hub to which it is attached! The tempered steel blades are balanced on the aluminum hub, allowing optimal operation of the trimmers. If the blade is separated from the hub there is no guaranty that the assembly will be balanced when you put it back into the machine. Sharpening instructions can be found for each machine on their respective instruction sheet.
How Do I Change The Amount Of Air Suction On My Trimpro Machine?
On every machine (except the Rotor) you can bend the flaps upwards to reduce their angle. This creates less air displacement, thus decreasing the amount of suction. You can bend the flaps downwards to increase their angle. This creates more air displacement thus increasing the amount of suction. *CAUTION: When bending the flaps downwards, make sure the flaps do not hit the metal wire brake line.
How Long Is The Warranty On My Trimpro Machine?
There is one year warranty for defective parts. If you are making a warranty claim, please have in hand the serial number engraved on the underside of the frame of the machine.

For the brands that have return policies in place, we have a no-questions asked return policy based on their policy.
Some brands also charge a re-stocking fee. This is an extra fee that they charge because they need to re-stock the item in their warehouse. If applicable, it is listed below by each manufacturer. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), we will pay for the return shipping costs as well as pay for getting the product(s) to you. If damaged, please ensure you reject the item(s) and/or let the courier know that the product is damaged at delivery, otherwise a full refund may not be possible. GrowLight Heaven will not pay the return shipping charges for more than one product if it is not damaged/defective/incorrect. These shipping charges will be subject to the respective brand/companies prices and policy. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product(s) to reach you, may vary. Allow up to 2-3 weeks in rare cases.
In the event that the damged/defective/incorrect item was a gift, then please see below instructions regarding the gift scenario:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Cancellations & Refunds:
At GrowLight Heaven, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can AfteAll orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
