Our free shipping applies to all web orders, whether it ships freight or ground.

Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states- it does NOT apply to Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories.

We strive to get prices as low as possible, so when receiving a commercial quote, many times it is cheaper to put shipping separately, especially with soils or other heavy items. Your sales rep can explain this to you upon quote, in the event that it would be cheaper to simply charge the shipping at cost.

Please note that our free shipping applies even to coco and soil pallet orders and other heavy media and machinery, so when comparing prices- remember that when checking out on the website- the price you see is the price you pay!

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Usually, orders ship within 48 hours if your order is stock. Sometimes we will drop ship the order from the manufacturer in order to save time, and it can take up to five business days for the order to ship if the warehouse is backed up. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must include all the components that came with it (hangers, cords, etc.). Additional non-returnable items are gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not ship anything back unless our customer service rep advises you to do this. If you do, we are NOT responsibly for accepting the return UNLESS it complies with our return policy.

Return Window: Return window for most brands is 7 days from time of delivery. Sasquash & EZ Trim are not eligible for returns- all purchases are final.

Restocking Fee: Most brands are subject to a 25% restocking fee for regular return to stock RMAs (not when there is damage or missing/incorrect items).

Freight Shipments: PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY BILL OF LADING WITHOUT INSPECTING FOR DAMAGE/SHORTAGE. If you do this, it removes our liability and you are signing that you approve of the delivery.

If you receive a damaged shipment via freight, then REFUSE delivery if you are present at the time of delivery. If you were not present and the product was damaged, contact us ASAP via text/call/email/chat. Customer service will ask for up to six pictures of the damage. Usually, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and have a new product shipped out.

Please note that in SOME CASES we will need to file a claim with the carrier, SO PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY IF THE PALLET LOOKS DAMAGED.

Window: Damages must be reported within 24 hours from delivery or else we will not be liable.

If there seems to be a shortage, first double check every case and pallet. If you confirm that there are missing items, please reach out to us immediately.

If you made a mistake with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible to notify us. You can call, email or text. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch a mistake before it leaves the warehouse. If your order did not ship yet, then cancellation is free of charge. If your order shipped, this is treated like a regular RMA, and the normal return rules apply, see above.

In the event that we are refunding you for anything, all refunds are made to the original payment method. If needed, you can request an alternate refund method and we will always try to accommodate you as best as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

"Where is my refund?": Payments refunded to credit cards/PayPal/Sezzle cant take time to show up. Once we refund the payment, typically the funds will show up in your account anywhere from 1-3 business days. HOWEVER, many times the money can take 3-7 business days to appear in your account, DEPENDING on your bank and other various factors.
