Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If you cannot find the confirmation, check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find it, feel free to reach out to support@growlightheaven.com and we will confirm your order status.
Order Shipment:
Usually, orders ship within 48 hours if your order is stock. Sometimes we will drop ship the order from the manufacturer in order to save time, and it can take up to five business days for the order to ship if the warehouse is backed up.
Once the tracking is generated, we send you a detailed email with the tracking information. If you have any questions at all, please reach out to us at support@growlightheaven.com- we respond quickly!
Returns/Damaged Shipment/Warranty Claims:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must include all the components that came with it (hangers, cords, etc.). Additional non-returnable items are gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not ship anything back unless our customer service rep advises you to do this. If you do, we are NOT responsibly for accepting the return UNLESS it complies with our return policy.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY BILL OF LADING WITHOUT INSPECTING FOR DAMAGE/SHORTAGE. If you do this, it removes our liability and you are signing that you approve of the delivery. While we will still do everything in our power and try to help, it really hurts the chance of fixing the problem.
