Our Chief Operations manager looked into getting a freeze dryer and was getting BAD news that everyone was between 2 weeks and 12 weeks away !!!

Love my Harvest Right Freeze dryer!! It arrived way faster than ordering directly from Harvest Right!!

When the freeze dryer I wanted was unavailable and backordered everywhere for the next 10 weeks Grow Light Heaven really came through. I had numerous questions which were answered very promptly and professionally (even though it was the weekend). The order was placed Sunday night and the shipment went out Monday and today (Thursday) I took delivery. There was no point during this entire transaction that I was not fully aware of what I was getting or when I would get it. To make it even more complicated I made a change to my order before shipment. The change was made hassle free and the difference refunded with a receipt in my inbox.

Customer service was above and beyond. The price was right, and the shipping was immediate. Thanks guys, I will be back for more.
